The museum is sponsored by Vietnam Veterans of America, Thomas St. Onge Chapter 571.

It is governed by the museum board composed of Chapter members and volunteers from the community who's lives have been touched, in some way, by what we remember as the Vietnam Years.

The president is Roger Treves, a Vietnam Vet and retired CWO. Brenda Luokkala is the vice-president, Shirley Buckland is the secretary, and the treasurer is Patty Ayotte. Board members are Gerry Ayotte, Ron Tomasi, Roger Schuette, Dennis Peterson, Gary Bjorkquist and Randi Treves.
